We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

INTERPRETATION

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to ABOUMARKET LTD, 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to AbouMarket, accessible from www.aboumarket.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
 

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS 

Before we process the payment and the shipment of your order, you are entitled to cancel it within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.

You have 3 days to contact us and 15 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 3 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund. There are no exceptions!

All returned goods/items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your product number at refund@aboumarket.com

We will reimburse You no later than 20 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You should inform us about your refund withing 3 days after you receive the goods.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • For any other reason, you are not satisfied with the product, please contact with us within 3days after you received the order, but make sure to keep it in original condition and undertake shipping cost by yourself. We will refund you after received the returned item.
  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • Please download, print off, and complete a Return form if you do not already have one.
  • Ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined below.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
  • Please mark ‘Returned Items’ clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the ‘Return Goods’ option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied. Because we will not be charged of them.
  • You received the wrong product.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
