Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to show. If you find any issues with your tracking codes, please contact us (contact@aboumarket.com).
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Fees and Time
Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
The shipping time is usually 15-45 business days depending on the destination country. If you can’t receive your items withing 45 business days, please feel free to contact with us.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
Most items are dispatched within 24 hours after we confirm your order. It will take up to 5-30 business days for the delivery of your order. Please consider any holidays or other force majeure situations that might impact delivery times and extend our average delivery times by additional 14 business days.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers between our carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges.
You will need your order number from your confirmation email when making an inquiry.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 business days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. In the event that we are unable to deliver an item to you, we will contact you directly and immediately refund you. If you’re unsure, please enquire prior to placing your order.
Free shipping is not valid on international orders. But we offer free shipping to many countries for many products.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time. Please email us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address within 12 hours.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
Not accepting the purchase is a violation of the agreement and the purchase will not be refunded.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O boxes.
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
We cannot order to APO/FPO addresses.
We appreciate full payment to be made within 7 days, and may cancel your order if payment has not been made by this time without prior notification. Please contact us if you cannot make payment within this time frame (we totally understand it) to avoid cancelling your order.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED
The speed of customs clearance & shipping in buyers’ country that decides it arrive faster or delay, please understand.
If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
